We were pleased to attend yesterday’s public engagement event for Pioneer Park at The Peddler in Whitehaven. Pioneer Park is a significant opportunity to diversify and strengthen the West Cumbrian economy; it will place the region at the forefront of developments in clean energy and advanced technologies, while also supporting delivery of the decommissioning mission at Sellafield.

As a Cumbrian SME company working in the nuclear sector, we are encouraged to see this early engagement. We look forward to publication of the master plan later this year.
