Eden Nuclear and Environment (Eden NE) is pleased to report its transition to an ‘Employee Ownership Trust’ (EOT) model of employee ownership.

An EOT allows a company to be owned indirectly by its employees through a trust. This trust holds a controlling stake in the company on behalf of all employees, providing them with an active voice in the company's future.

There are no changes to the day-to-day operations of the Eden NE business.

Jason Farrell, on behalf of the EOT Trustee Directors:
