Today, the Eden NE team gathered at Rheged in Penrith for our Summer Business Meeting. We come together in person twice a year, making these meetings a valuable opportunity to reconnect, collaborate, and reflect on everything we've achieved over the past six months.

Our business area leads shared updates on the progress, scope, and future opportunities across our seven newly formed business areas, highlighting the exciting direction the company is taking.

Looking ahead, we are also finalising arrangements for our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). While Eden NE is already employee-owned, this next step will strengthen our ownership model and bring additional benefits for our employees. We'll be sharing more details soon, so watch this space.
